I am a small, independently owned business.
All of my Limited Editions and Original items are one of a kind, and while you may find the same sizes, and colors, the design will be different.
I am always happy to send additional pictures, leather swatches, and answer your questions so that you feel comfortable and confident with your clutch(s)!
We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Etsy Gift Card.
Payments can be processed through Etsy or Paypal.
Payment must be processed prior to "cut and assembly" of custom made products.
There will be a 5% cancellation or re-stocking fee on custom made orders that are returned at anytime.
Items are made and ready to ship will do so within 1-3 business days.
Custom orders may required an additional 2 business days for shipping.
Refund / Return:
All sales come with a 5-day return policy. Items must be returned in excellent unused and re-salable condition.
Refunds on items returned that are not in the condition that they were in when shipped - the item will be returned to you. There will be no refund applied to damaged, used and/or worn products.
Restocking fees may apply.
